My experience with Kooky Redhill has been unparalleled, boasting not only superb service but also a prime location in the heart of Redhill. Jessica, the Leasing Manager, deserves a special mention for her exemplary professionalism and unwavering support. Every step of the leasing process was streamlined, thanks to her attentiveness and dedication. Nestled in a convenient location, Kooky Redhill offers easy access to a plethora of amenities and the vibrant life of Redhill. It's more than a residence; it's a community and a gateway to the city's charm. A five-star experience through and through!

5 stars is not enough for how impressed I am with Kooky! From viewing to moving the experience was seamless and stress free! I have been looking for my dream home for months and when this particular property came on the market i thought it was too good to be true there must be a hidden catch somewhere. At the viewing I was warmly introduced to the property and all of its amenities and then the process after was very quick and transparent. I would like to thank Jess in particular for maintaining a great line of communication even though I appreciate she must be very busy dealing with some many enquiries/tennants, she was patient and metaphorically held my hand through the whole process of securing my new home. She understood clearly my requirements and delivered exactly what she promised. I really look forward to moving into my new home, thanks Jess and the rest of the team at Kooky :)

We have had a great experience with Kooky. The flats are furnished and decorated to the highest standard and the overall block is aesthetically pleasing, and feels like a hotel. We are particularly thankful for the continuous support we have had from the Customer Service team. From arranging minor repairs and regular maintenance, to managing emergency situations, Vesa and Rosie have always been super responsive and professional.

They have amazing service and will come to your help ASAP, Rosie has really made my life alot easier with all the help she has provided me. I highly recommend this company to rent from.

We very much enjoyed our residence at Kooky Bishop's Stortford. Members of the Kooky team are professional, friendly and helpful. Vesa and Rosie are highly responsive to our requests for minor repair works at our unit or regular maintenance appointment arrangements. They also demonstrate a high level of customer care when dealing with emergency situations and housekeeping issues. All in all we are very satisfied with the services provided by Kooky throughout.

What can i say? I cant even begin to start on how amazing Kooky as a whole is. Starting point from Ben who called me and explained what was going on and how it all worked, as i was a first time renter. Kooky Bishops is absolutely stunning, the apartments are beautiful, the area was amazing and super super cool! The whole aesthetic is just insane. Moving on to my move in date and meeting with Vesa, AMAZING!! You see sometimes you feel people bring you onboard and then forget about you, until today and the last day Vesa has been super nice, very approachable and very understanding on whatever the circumstances are! I absolutely recommend Kooky to anyone who is looking to rent. Their team is so friendly and amazing, honestly if you ever post a role in finance, hire me haha!! Best experience i have had. A massive thanks to everyone and Rosie who came onto the team just before i was leaving but again, super responsive with anything, very kind and helpful! I am very much going to miss living in Bishops Stortford, but i will certainly recommend any of the Kooky apartments in any area, purely because of how well managed it is and how good the staff are. #LongLiveKooky

Kooky is the best place to rent from. Vesa and Rosie are absolutely gems they have been helpful from the first day me and partner have moved in. They are an asset to the business. The building is safe and secure I feel very safe thank you to the girls for making me feel so welcomed.

Moved into kooky apartments back in September 2022 for 6month tenancy thanks to Ben literally being on the other need of phone every day to get it signed off so thank you for that the kooky team are amazing Vesa, Rosie the list I’m sure could go on Amazing for pet owners I have my two dogs with me and I think everyone that lives here owns some kind of animal Love the place so much I’ve signed a further contract to stay

Very kind and helpful staff, I had a few issues which were resolved immediately, easy going and pleasant experience.

What a lovely apartment. High quality finishings and in a great location. We love it! The team has been splendid before and after we rented. Response times to questions are super fast. I would rent here all over again if I was looking for another apartment!

I have lived in Kooky residence for over a year now. And all the staff are wonderful. The kooky team are amazing and they have provided and keep providing. I have never been more happy. This is one of my first flats I’ve stayed in and never been more happy

We've recently moved into this Kooky property, and it's been excellent. Even our parcel delivery drivers have commented on how beautiful it is. Shout out to Vesa who has been our main point of contact since we moved in - she's been absolutely amazing and so incredibly helpful!

I got two weeks gap when moved out my previous flat and moved in Kooky. However, Customer Care Manager Vesa helped me to fix it efficiently! She is very professional, nice and helpful! I can see that the whole team of Kooky is brilliant. Highly recommend it👍

So happy to call Kooky home! Leading up to the building, the area is clean, quiet and so well kept. The inside of the building has such an arty feel and the apartments are each a little patch of heaven. Attention to detail with regards to the storage space, the layout and the feature furniture made our move in effortless. From the get the team were so friendly, helpful and attentive. Understanding the questions and needs of a tenant, they were so intentional with the whole process. Could not have asked for better!

We went around Woodside park and Whetstone area for a week before settling in on renting at this place. No regrets at all about the decision.From referencing, getting the payments completed, collecting the keys early due to our situation till moving in were all handled smoothly by Vesa and team at Kooky.Property amenities are plenty (parks nearby that my child love, allocated parking, nearby shops, managed maintenance and rubbish removal) and the house itself is spacious by London standards (lots of storage space).

I haven't lived here long but already feel at home. Any issues or question I have are responded to and resolved promptly by our customer care manager. Really happy in Kooky Tower, the location is so convenient.

The apartments are very well designed and very modern, and the location is amazing with close access to the High Street and Staines Station (35 mins from Waterloo Station). My experience has been nothing but amazing with Kooky, and their team is always happy to help and provide support. Special thanks to Vesa for always going above and beyond and for her great customer care skills.

Kudos to Team Kooky! They've been great since our first viewing. The building is not only being well maintained, but the management team has been very friendly and considerate all along.

Very happy here. Very quiet and the entrances are always clean and smell wonderful. Our Customer Care Manager has been particularly helpful and welcoming.
